1. What Dumb AI is

Dumb AI is an entertainment and parody product. It is designed to give answers that are intentionally wrong, unhelpful or absurd. By using Dumb AI (the "Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is an independent project operated from Israel ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Not advice

Nothing produced by the Service is advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, safety or professional advice. Do not rely on any output to make decisions. Check anything important with a qualified human. If you are in crisis or danger, contact your local emergency services.

3. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• try to break, overload, scrape or abuse the Service, including getting around rate limits or security measures, or using automated tools to send large volumes of requests;
• try to use the Service to obtain dangerous or harmful information.

We may limit, suspend or block access to the Service if we believe these terms are being broken.

5. Your content

You are responsible for what you type into the Service. We may remove content at any time, for any reason. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

6. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability or non-infringement. Output is generated automatically by an AI model and may be inaccurate, inappropriate or unexpected. We may change, pause or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or anything it produces. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
